Aditya shendye

I completed my 10th standard from Bombay Scottish school, mahim after which I pursued the science stream from Dr. Antonio Da Silva technical High School and Junior College of science where I completed my 12th standard. However, I always had an inclination towards the field of law and therefore decided to pursue a career in law. Currently I am a 4th year B.L.S/L.L.B student at Advocate Balasaheb Apte college of law. I have taken part in a few moot court competitions and have been awarded the Best Memorial at MKES Vidhigyan National Moot Court Competition. In the meantime I have worked as an intern at PCGT(public concern for governance trust) which is an NGO where I was involved in community service programs under the kuch aur campaign and I was also actively involved in the RTI department of the NGO for client counselling, drafting and filing of RTIs and appeals for the underprivileged. I have also been a legal intern at Vivek Patil and associates and also with Advocate Prashant Pandey practicing litigation in the field of criminal, civil and constitutional law where I helped doing research and drafting, apart from these internships I have also had the honour to intern in the chambers of Honourable Jusitce Mohite Dere, Bombay High Court. My interests lie in the field of banking and finance laws and also in the fields of constitutional and criminal law. Apart from academics I am interested in sports as well. I have won various medals in sports especially in football. My hobbies include playing the guitar, reading and playing sports. I aspire to build a career in litigation after my graduation.
