Currently a second year BBA LLB student studying School of Law, Christ University. I am interested in Corporate law, IPR laws and ADR mechanisms. I personally feel that ADR is a very potential field and it is the future of Indian Judiciary. The ADR mechanisms decrease the burden of Courts in India. This is one reason why I wrote this article. I have participated in a few mediation-negotiations competitions in the past year. This helped me gain knowledge in this sphere of law. I want to pursue a career in Commercial negotiation or corporate law. Before I started law school I always had a keen interest in writing. I am really passionate about writing articles. I personally feel that when I write, I feel good.
