"Once you stop learning, you start dying" ~ Albert Einstein In my years of practice and experience in the litigation sector, the one fact that has proven to be true is that one must not stop learning if success if what he seeks - specially if that person is an advocate. As a litigating lawyer with an expertise in criminal litigation and in resolving matrimonial disputes, I come across a diverse variety of cases everyday which makes it crucial for me to stay informed about the prevailing laws and about their application. During my years of practice since my graduation from the School of Law, Christ University, Bangalore in the year 2017, I have worked in both civil and criminal sectors and also have reviewed and drafted numerous agreements, contracts, complaints, legal notices, wills, deeds, diligence reports, etc. While practicing in the High Court at Calcutta and appearing before various Courts and Tribunals throughout my hometown of Kolkata and its adjoining areas, I have been exposed to various situations and incidents which have led me to become a better lawyer with constant growth in my skills and knowledge. My aim is to provide the most efficient and shortest route to the remedies and reliefs that may be available to my clients, while making sure that any unnecessary costs are avoided which generally prevails when any legal procedure comes into question.
