I am Sakshi Golwara, a law graduate from the Jamnalal Bajaj School of Legal Studies
at Banasthali University. I am a very inquisitive, ambitious, and enthusiastic person. I believe that any change in society starts with a basic idea, and I am someone who believes in converting ideas into reality. I have great determination to work for the vulnerable sections of society. My aim is to secure a position where I can effectively and efficiently contribute my skills and abilities to the growth and development of society and prove myself as an asset.
I have participated in various conferences and presented papers on legal topics. I have worked as a volunteer with an NGO (CRY), and also, served as a volunteer for the
National Service Scheme (NSS) at Banasthali University. I have worked under Advocates of the District Court, High Court, and Supreme Court. I have also worked under the Justice of the Patna High Court. During my internship, I have visited the District Consumer Redressal Forum, Civil Court, District Court, and High Court of Patna and Delhi to observe the court proceedings. Along with that, I have interned at the National Human Rights Commission and the Ministry of Law and Justice.
I am keenly interested in constitutional law, criminal law, family law, matrimonial disputes, information technology law, consumer disputes, and human rights law, and I am still exploring other interesting areas of law. Not only that, but I enjoy reading non-fiction books, listening to songs, and playing chess and badminton. I have also completed a certificate course in Radio Production and an advanced diploma in French as one of my interests.
