Shubham Krishna Tiwari

I'm Shubham Krishna Tiwari a student of Amity Law School, Amity University, Jharkhand. I'm from Patna, Bihar. I have accomplished my matriculation from D.A.V Public School Ara and I have accomplished my intermediate from S. T. S. V International, Ara. I chose humanities as the subject for my intermediate. I choose "Legal Service India" for my publication as it is one of the best sites in India for paper publications. I have already published an article in a journal named "The Budding Lawyer- volume 2". Recently, I'm in my second year.

I have studied Roscoe Pound in jurisprudence and from there I gained an interest in his social theory of engineering. Apart from being a law student, I have an interest in several other aspects such as cooking and swimming. I have also participated in the National Caret Corps (NCC) in 2012. It is a youth development program and has enormous potential for building the nation. Each person has a personal desire or goal they strive to achieve in life. This ambition serves as an internal motivation for individuals, and without it, one may struggle to accomplish anything.

Therefore, it is crucial for everyone to have a clear and resolute target they are working towards in their lives. I aim to pursue judiciary in future. I belong from a middle class family of Bihar. Nobody comes in this world, without the support of family and friends. Actually, whatever you will be, it is just because of your family. My father is a respectable principal Government High School Buxar.

My mother is a Block Project Manager in Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society. They both love their occupation. That's I have learned from my parents the value of time, honesty, hard work and commitment to the purpose. Just like everyone else, I have my own set of weaknesses. One of them is a tendency to be lazy in certain areas, which I am not proud of.
