Madhavi Lakhotia is a corporate lawyer who works as an in-house counsel at Tata Industries. Madhavi has a wide experience in handling domestic transactions, complex commercial contracts, strategizing and managing litigations and supporting technology and investment evaluations. She also handles the compliance work of Tata Industries and its various associate companies. Prior to joining Tata Industries, Madhavi has done her management training of Company Law and SEBI related compliances in Trigyn Technologies Limited, a multi-national corporation, listed on both BSE & NSE. Madhavi holds an LLM in Corporate Financial Laws from Jindal Global Law School. She is also a qualified Company Secretary. She holds a Bachelor of Legal Sciences and Bachelor of Law from University of Mumbai, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Corporate Laws from Symbiosis and Diploma in Cyber Laws from GLC. Madhavi is also pursuing M.A. in Psychology.
