I have done my LLB from Jitendra Chauhan College of Law (JCCL), Vile Parle, Mumbai and my LLM from Mumbai University (Fort) Mumbai. During the period of learning and studying for these two degree courses I realized that there are so many laws relating to almost every sphere of human activity like:
- Business Laws,
- Environment Laws,
- Banking Laws,
- Copyright Laws etc.
However, the common man is majorly unaware of such laws as might be applicable to him/her. Therefore the need to spread awareness regarding
various legislations arises and must be fulfilled by professionals in the legal field. Hence this article !
My area of interest and practice Is Real Estate Laws and related Land Laws in Maharashtra.
