Herur Rajesh Kumar

I graduated from NALSAR, 2003 and thereafter worked as Judicial Clerk with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of India, Justice V.N. Khare (2004) and also with other Judges of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, Justice Manharlal Bhikhalal Shah and Justice Brijesh Kumar during 2003-2004.

With rich experience working with the Hon'ble Judges of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, I worked at J. Sagar Associates (JSA) in the areas of Corporate Law, Insurance, Civil laws, Insolvency Laws, Real Estate and various other laws. I worked on various acquisition matters both national and international. Also worked with law firms from different continents and was a team leader in some high net acquisition transactions.

Presently, practicing at the High Court for the State of Telangana. Also have active practice at the NCLT, Hyderabad, and other district courts in the State of Telangana.

I am an avid reader and look forward for opportunities to understand the new laws and extend my contribution to the development of law and the legal fraternity.
