Hey there myself Prakhya shah I'm a 3rd year law student of United World school of Law, Karnavati University Gandhinagar. And orginaly I am from a small town Banswara in Rajasthan. I have been passionate about writing and debating from a young age and have been doing it from time to time. One thing I find interesting about writing is that its research leads me to things I never knew exsisted. And this is one of the reasons I choose to be a lawyer. I come from a business family so naturally I am inclined towards business and thats why I choose to do BBA LLB so that I can do both the things I Love. My favourite subjects at law school are international law, human rights law, corporate law, business law and specially law related to womens. I also participate in national moot court competitions as well as debate competitions because I think debating and mooting really brush up research,drafting and speaking skills. Now coming to the article. The idea of writing this article came to me while I was reading about refugees rights. Then after sometime I started writing it was pretty sure that I will not be able to complete it but I eventually did and and submitted on legal services india.
