My name is Kartik Srivastava. I am a 4th year law student at NMIMS Indore. A highly motivated and
dedicated law student seeking to strive forward and look for multiple opportunities to gain practical
experience in the legal field. Committed to applying academic knowledge, analytical skills, and passion
for justice to make a positive impact within the legal profession.
My previous internship experience under
various law firms including novo juris gave me Various exposure and opportunities towards exploring
various practical nuisances of law. My past internship experience in l&t gave me exposure towards
corporate arbitration and contracts.
My journey towards becoming a law student is a testament of my dedication, resilience, and unwavering
commitment to fighting for what is right. From humble beginnings to the pursuit of legal excellence, I
have come a long way forward.
When I entered law school my passion for law grew even stronger. I had actively taken part in debate
clubs, volunteered legal aid organizations and immersed myself in books about landmark cases and legal
principles. From starting only I was quite inclined towards law. taking part in debate and extempore
speech was always used to be my first priority. Law was something which had inspired me to find out
how this legislation actually works and how the theory of punishment works in practical life.In my
previous internship,
One of my notable achievements was assisting in a high-stakes arbitration
case at L&T Construction where my research and contributions played a pivotal role in securing
a favorable outcome for our client. Additionally, I have successfully drafted legal documents,
including contracts, briefs, and motions, while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail and
adherence to legal protocols.
