I am a skilled Corporate Lawyer with 11+ years of varied experience in FMCG, food, nutraceuticals and healthcare sector with extensive knowledge and business understanding of commercial, marketing, regulatory and legal affairs. I graduated from University of Pune in 2009 and holds diplomas in Cyber Laws and Mergers and Acquisition Law from Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune. I also hold a Masters degree in English Literature from JNVU, Jodhpur. I have significant experience in providing expert counsel and directing Company as a 'Business Partner' on broad range of issues including advises on risks, ethics and ways to mitigate the risks within the legal and regulatory framework and before becoming part of Corporate world, I also practised in Rajasthan High Court and have handled matters related to Anti-Corruption and NDPS. Presently, I am residing in Mumbai with my wife and daughter and in my free time I like to write, read and to go on long drives.
