I Mr. Kiran Shamrao Pawer. I studied up to 12th Std. at Islampur. Then I completed my Law graduation from
Shahaji Law College, Kolhapur which is known by the name and frame of the
great 'King Rajshri Shahu', who was a great social reformer.
My parents are the most hardworking individuals, their lives have been incredibly difficult and they have been working hard throughout the life. Even though my parents struggled to make ends meet, they never treated financial difficulties as impossible hurdles, but instead, approached them as challenges to be overcome by hard work, and thus inculcated in me the habit of hard work.
After completion of my Law graduation in 2001, I started practice in Courts at Islampur.
To have diversified experience in law field, in the year 2007 I joined the post of Law Instructor. It was a job in Recruit Police Training School to teach the basic law provisions to the newly recruit police personnel. Nature of the work was teaching, and it was new and good experience for me. The said job was on contract basis. I craved for work requiring more deep study of law. After passage of two years, to have some different exposure in law field, I joined for the post of Law Officer. This post was also on contract basis, but nature of the work was to render legal assistance to investigation machinery.
During the period I served at Police Training School, I had had chance to experience the newly recruits indoor as well as outdoors training. There I worked with eight other Law Instructors and 25 to 25 Police Inspectors who were teaching their practical training subjects. While serving as a Law Officer I had had experience with many Sessions cases' investigation papers, investigation strategies.
Both these jobs gave me much more experience and knowledge in the field of Criminal Law. It will not be out of place to share here, that apart from contract basis nature of job,
