Parth Kapoor is a dedicated third-year law student at Jindal Global Law School, Sonipat, aiming to build a career in litigation and commercial dispute resolution. With a solid academic foundation in law, Parth has accumulated diverse practical experience through multiple internships at respected legal chambers and firms. Most recently, he interned with the Chambers of Justice Rajeev Misra at the Allahabad High Court, where he gained valuable exposure to courtroom procedures, criminal bail matters, and case briefings.
He has also interned with Khaitan Legal Associates in Delhi, focusing on commercial disputes and honing his drafting skills in insurance, insolvency, and labour law. His experience includes working with the Chambers of Senior Counsel Rajiv Patil at the Bombay High Court, where he engaged with cases in family and civil law and deepened his understanding of court ethics.
Beyond his legal training, Parth is actively involved in extracurricular pursuits. He has held positions such as Head of Communications for the Literary & Fine Arts Society, JGU and serves on the Drafting Committee of the Student Grievance Redressal Cell at his university. He has also contributed to significant events, including moderating a session by Former CJI U.U. Lalit on affirmative action and moderating the virtual rounds of the AIAC-APAC Pre-Moot, Malaysia. Parth’s academic pursuits are complemented by certifications from reputed institutions, including a summer school on International Law at the University of Oxford and a course on Foundations of the Legal Education from NLSIU.
