My name is Aishwarya Sareen, and I am 21 years old. I am currently pursuing a
B.A.LL.B (Hons) degree from Manav Rachna University, Faridabad, where I am in my 7th
semester.
My areas of interest include both Constitutional and Criminal Law, with Criminal Law as my
chosen specialization within the course offered by my university. Additionally, I have
selected German as my foreign language course, also provided by the university, to further
enhance my skills. In addition to my academic pursuits, I enjoy participating in quiz
competitions, which have helped sharpen my analytical thinking.
I have gained practical experience through three internships, each lasting four weeks, at the
district courts. These internships have provided me with significant exposure to the day-to-
day workings of the district courts in Delhi. This practical exposure has helped me gain a
deeper understanding of the judiciary at the grassroots level.
Recently, I was awarded a Certificate of Academic Excellence and was recognized as part of
the top 1% of students across all schools at my university, which is an achievement I am
particularly proud of.
Driven by a passion for writing and sharing knowledge, I aspire to contribute more through
articles, blogs, and research papers. One of my key motivations is to address the gaps in
online legal resources, especially in areas where material is limited. I believe that providing
students with better access to well-researched legal topics can alleviate their challenges. I am
particularly interested in exploring subjects related to law that require deeper understanding
and discourse, and I hope to share my insights in a meaningful way that benefits fellow
students and the legal community.
