Sarthak Khare

I, Advocate Sarthak Khare, am currently pursuing my LLM in Business Laws from Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur. Prior to which I have done under-graduation in B.Com LLB (Hons.) from Department of Law- Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Indore; after which I cleared AIBE- XVIII and now registered as an advocate under honourable Madhya Pradesh High Court. During my under-graduation I have participated in various moot courts competitions, debate competitions and even various national level quiz competitions. Also during under-graduation I have done various internships, in District Courts, in High Court Indore, Law firms in Delhi and Supreme Court. I even hold certificate course in ‘legal notice drafting’ and ‘Legal Aid and Para Legal Services’. I have also been the part of 13th International Conference held in 2019 in Indore. Apart from this I have even been the part of Mediation Workshop held in the College. My interests lie in the banking and financial laws, which eventually played the deciding factor for me to persuade my masters in business laws and to enhance my knowledge in this field I’ll even be pursuing my PhD in the related subject matter.Moreover I aim to work in the financial sector particularly with Securities Exchange Board of India, to understand the practical implementations of the laws that we been reading on in this regards and even to explore more about the financial laws.
