A 2nd year law student, presently enrolled in Law centre-1,
Faculty of Law, University of Delhi (2019-2022). Law as a subject always had my attention
and its heterogeneity has always kept me intrigued. It has always amazed me with its ability to
adapt to a dynamic environment. Criminal law is an area towards which I find myself inclined.
The law field with analysis of complex relations at one end and lateral thinking on the other
has always allured me.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Commerce (B.Com) degree from Lucknow Christian Degree
College in the year 2014. No matter what field you choose as your career, the fact that it
demands efficient working and time management at all times remains same for every field.
Having more than 6 quarters of work experience as an analyst gives me the confidence to
survive in this challenging and constricted environment without letting my working efficiency
being compromised at any point in time.
People since time immemorial have known law but
still whenever anyone find themselves in any problem, the basic analysis as to what is wrong
and what is right make it a difficult process for them. No awareness about the basic laws and
the method to apply them makes them more vulnerable to the unethical practises of the
perpetrators.
Having an aptness for legal research and the ever increasing interest in the field of law
motivated me to articulate my knowledge in the form of articles and papers for other members
of the legal and general fraternity.
Knowing the law is one thing and knowing the method of
its applicability is another thing. In today’s time the obliviousness about the basic laws which
apply in our daily life creates fear in the minds of the general public. Seeing this happening
around gave me an idea of writing articles which should be short and crisp and easily
understandable by the layman.
