Hey there! I'm Mukesh Jana, a law student at Birla Global University in my third year. Right now, I'm cruising through my sixth semester, tackling all sorts of legal subjects like contract law, corporate law, and more.So, I got into this cool topic-Presidential Election.

I wrote this article published in Legal Services India about the procedure of the Indian Presidential Election . I talked about how the election is held & the counting process also. My article dives into real cases, legal examples. In this article I have discussed everything about how people are nominated for the post of President of India and how their election is conducted and finally how they sit on the seat of the President by taking the oath.
