Nivedita Narwal

I am Nivedita Narwal. I am a practicing advocate in Panjab & Haryana High Court. I had keen interest in literature so I did M.A. in English literature. My family belongs to the legal field, which attracted me to this legal profession. I completed LLB and LLM from Chandigarh. During LLB, I developed this inclination towards women and child rights by studying incidents of such vulnerability they have to go through.

There after during LLM, I started analyzing and researching more in this context, which led me to write this article. Further, it helped me to improve my research and writing skills. I'm looking forward to contribute the best of me to this legal profession.
