I am Shubham Mahadeo Walunj, a 4thYear BALLB student of Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.

I am a highly motivated and diligent law student with a strong passion for: Contract Law, Family Law, IPR, Tort, Constitutional Law, IPC, Consumer Protection Law, and a keen interest in Corporate law, Competition law, Intellectual Property Law & Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Currently pursuing my fourth year, seventh semester of B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) at Savitribai Phule Pune University, I have also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University.

Throughout my academic journey, I have sought internships and professional opportunities to gain practical experience. As a Legal Research Assistant, I conducted legal writing and research for Adv. Aishwarya Sandeep, authored articles, and developed strong research and writing skills. Additionally, I worked as a Case Manager, providing administrative support for an e-Lok Adalat.During my internships, I contributed to organizations such as Jus Corpus Law Journal, Law Codified, iPleaders, and AmikusQriae, where I authored insightful blogs, published case comments, and gained valuable practical knowledge and experience.

I have also engaged in extracurricular activities, including participation in the International Model United Nations as a delegate and campus ambassador, further developing my leadership and communication skills.

With licenses and certifications in legal research, intellectual property rights, legal writing, and courses on the Indian Constitution, I continuously strive to expand my legal knowledge.

As a member of prestigious organizations like ICSID, the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution, the American Bar Association, and Young ICCA.
