Arnab Dutt

I am graduated from University of Calcutta (Hazra Campus) in B.A.LL.B in 2008 and also completed a diploma course in Information Technology and Cyber Law simultaneously. I pursued LL.M (Master in Laws) in International Business Law from University of Manchester, England and post graduated in the year 2009. I thereafter joined the legal profession as an independent practitioner and associated with R.L.Dutt & Co, Solicitor and Advocates as partner in Kolkata since January, 2010. In this tenure of 10 years into the legal profession, I have appeared in many writ matters, civil suits, Civil Revisions in High Court, Company matters related to oppression and management as also winding up, Bail, Anticipatory Bails, Arbitration and Conciliation, Criminal revisions, Inslovency Petitions, Family Law matters and matters related to Landlord Tenant disputes, I have appeared in number of cases which has been reported. For example Ghanashyam Das vs Kolkata Municipal Corporation & Ors which is one of the landmark judgement passed by the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta regarding unauthorised construction of building without a sanction plan. Apart from all these, I have specialised knowledge in Drafting of various commercial contracts, Wills, Trust Deeds, Landlord and Tenant Agreement, Sale transaction, Searching and Due Diligence of various immovable properties and registration part thereof with the Registration Authority.
