I'm Amuktha Malyada Gudla, a Student of Law ( BBA LLB [Hons.] ) at the School of Law, GITAM University, Visakhapatnam. I am a resident of Visakhapatnam (Urban), Andhra Pradesh. My Father's name is Gudla Ramesh; having a professional standing of Forty - one years right from 1984, at Visakhapatnam District Court, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, and served twice as a Special Public Prosecutor for SC ST Special Court at Visakhapatnam. My Mother's name is Gudla Padmavathi, and she is a homemaker.
I have completed my schooling at Visakha Valley School, Visakhapatnam, securing ninety per cent in my Class 10 Boards. I have continued my plus one and two in Commerce (CEC - Commerce, Economics and Computer Science) at Visakha Valley School, securing the first position in my school with ninety-five per cent in Class 12 CBSE Boards.
I decided to pursue my career in law right in my schooling, as Law is one such career option with a broad scope in the future, and henceforth, every step of mine was with respect to my chosen career path. After completion of Plus Two, I have decided to opt for BBA LLB (Hons.) to pursue the study of law, for this programme is a distinctively integrative one, thereby availing the students an opportunity to gain valuable insights into both the domains, viz., management and legal policy and framework thereby providing an inter-disciplinary approach towards law. At the current stage, I have yet to explore many more specific destinations to land in this field.
Legal Service India is a great platform for law students to submit their literary and research work. I want to extend my gratitude to the learned team at Legal Service India for considering my article submission for publication.
