I am Damini M, pursuing final year BBA.LLB (Hons) at Presidency University Bangalore and also pursuing CS (Company Secretary). I am very passionate about law and particularly about corporate law. It fascinates me a lot every time. In particular fields like Insolvency and bankruptcy law, securities law and capital market, company law and competition laws.

I am strongly inspired by great personalities like former judge of Supreme Court Hon'ble Indu Malhotra the first woman lawyer to be elevated as the judge of the apex court. Secondly by Rosa Louise McCauley Parks who was an American activist in civil rights.

Writing articles is one my keen interest area, I have also published one of my article Farms Bill Revolutionary or Not? along with my co-authors, published in the book global thoughts and opinions, under former chief justice of India, Justice Dipak Mishra, bearing ISBN No. 978-81-947778-5-4.

Apart from article writing I am also interested in debating and mooting. Some of my certificates of merit include SECOND BEST MEMORIAL in a moot competition organized by KLE LAW COLLEGE. Secured quarter finalist position in moot competition organized by LawInternships in association with Atharva Legal LLP and BEST SPEAKER in Vivaad organized by Presidency University.

I have a recommendation letter from INDIAN NATIONAL LAW REVIEW which states that I am a great asset owing to Drafting and articulation skills.

My hobbies are cooking, painting, interior designing and yoga. Along with that I love to travel to new places and explore the historical facts of that place.
