I am Ravneet Singh Gill, a BBA LLB student at New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune.

Currently, I am pursuing my 5th year (IX Semester). I have written an article on the contemporary issue i.e., Abortion In America. The topic has always been a hot topic for debate over the years in the country as well as around the world, but the topic came recently to the limelight after the landmark judgment in the month of June which ceased the federal protection provided to the right to abortion of the people. This article discusses four case studies that defined the status of abortion in America over the years.
