Sovik Mukherjee

Sovik Mukherjee is at present Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, Faculty of Commerce & Management Studies, St. Xavier's University, Kolkata, India. Formerly, a Senior Lecturer in Economics, Department of Commerce (Evening) at Shri Shikshayatan College, Kolkata, India. A visiting faculty at Dinabandhu Andrews Institute of Technology & Management (DAITM, affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal (formerly known as West Bengal University of Technology)), Kolkata, India. A research fellow in the Department of Economics, Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India. He is a Visiting Research Fellow at NISPAcee, Bratislava, Slovakia for 2019-2020. He has a bachelor degree in Economics from Jadavpur University and was awarded with the Ujjayini Memorial Gold Medal for academic excellence by Jadavpur University. He also holds an M.A degree and an M.Phil degree in Economics from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India.
