I am Bhavya Pandey, a student at Amity Law School, Noida studying BBA. LL. B (H). I am currently majoring in 5 yrs BBA. LL. B (H) Course from Amity Law School, Noida, and will be completing my 7th semester.
I am one of the active student in my class. I have also done internships in Supreme Court and some virtual internships and also participated in extracurricular activities, such as Youth Parliament.
I have also successfully written research paper on Insanity as Defence: Medico-Legal Analysis, which was published by
Legalfoxes Law Times. I have also written articles on PIL in Bombay High Court against media houses for forcing resignation and pay cuts
and Mechanism of Curative Petition in the light of Nirbhaya which were published by
Lawinsider.In. I am keenly interested in the field of law which related to women and other criminal laws.
I wanted to become a lawyer since childhood and help others in the process. I am good at research work and content writing. I like to work in field jobs rather then just sitting in one place as it keeps you fit and makes life interesting. My school life has been hard a bit as law was the only thing that used to interest me as well as political science, economics and history. But due to family advice I chose commerce rather than humanities.
It was a great deal of hardship for me which made me learn quite a few things like how to get through a situation with success. Law is something I live for. I am really happy and lucky that my article got published under your website.
