Monisha Roy

I am Monisha Roy. I am from Ranchi, Jharkhand. Currently, I am pursuing Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Law (B A LLB (h)) 2nd year at Amity University, Ranchi, Jharkhand. I have completed my schooling at St. Xavier's School, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand and +2 from Surendranath Centenary School, Ranchi, Jharkhand.

I am always mature for my age. Even my friends often comment on my matureness. Though, I have a lot of people who invest in me. In high school, I was fortunate to have qualified for the national level spell bee contest and excelled in other competitive curricular. I was a gold medallist in sports events such as shot put, javelin, discus throw and 100 metres, and was captain of the volleyball team. I have always loved books especially thrillers, adventures, and detective genres. Recently, I am self-learning flute and guitar and have advanced as a beginner level flute artist and guitarist.

At present learning new things, getting better at what I know, and progressing accordingly are my chief concerns.

I believe my greatest strength is my pursuit to gain knowledge and my writing skills. I suppose my willingness to step into work and critical approach makes my work efficient, which is something that makes it unique. I take pride in my ability to step into a new assignment and adapt to any situation to get better or maybe best results for the fields I am working in. I am punctual, loyal, organised and determined towards my work. However, I do lack in certain domains such as public speaking, therefore, I am constantly putting effort to improve wherever I lack.
