I am a BBA LLB law student studying in Jindal Global Law University, Sonipat, NCR of Delhi. I am extremely interested in the areas of Contract law, company laws, property laws and international law. I am also quite interested in Arbitrary Dispute Resolution societies and negotiations. I keep writing various articles on the subjects that interest me, and that's how I wrote this article as well. It took me more than three months to finish my research and drafting of this article.
A lot of effort went into it, and hence I was glad that Legal Services accepted my article for publication. Publishing well researched article is something that I love, not just because I get to share my opinions, thoughts and different approaches to a particular concept, but also because such articles help so many others who are learning and trying to understand laws.

Again, I thank Legal Services for giving me the platform to do so.
