Shivani Trichnopoly Ravi Kanth is currently pursuing LLM in International Trade and Investment Law and Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in International Law and Economics (TRAIL+) Programme from World Trade Institute, University of Bern. She has graduated with BBA LL.B.(Hons.) from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. She is an avid mooter and has participated in GNLU International Moot Court Competition, 2017 in which she was adjudged semi finalist and winner of best memorial, NLS Trilegal International Arbitration Moot in which she was adjudged Quarter finalist and 10th Leiden Sarin International Air Law Moot Court Competition, 2019. She has published and presented research papers and received commendable mentions at conferences held at National Law University, Odisha, Symbiosis Law School, Pune and CMEs (Medical Jurisprudence). She has worked with HelpAge India and MV Foundation in the legal outreach departments and has done extensive research in the field of Child Rights. She has interned under the guidance of various Senior advocates of High courts and in firms such as Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan and Desai Desai Carrimjee & Mulla. She has also interned at the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India and under the guidance of a sitting Judge at the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana. She expresses keen interest in the field of International Trade Law, Investment Law, Public International Law and Arbitration.
