I, <b>Ashok Kumar Singh</b>, am, at present, a resident of Kolkata, West Bengal and: <ol> <li>My native place is Durgapur, West Bengal wherefrom I did my preliminary education, including schooling</li> <li>I have obtained the degree of Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Branch [i.e. B.E. (Civil)] from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, Rajasthan in the year 1993;</li> <li>I have obtained the degree of Bachelor of Laws [i.e. LL.B.] from the Vidyasagar University, Midnapore, West Bengal in the year 2014;</li> <li>I have been serving as an Engineer Officer under the Public Works Department of the Government of West Bengal since 1995; and</li> <li>At present, I am functioning as Assistant Chief Engineer, Public Works Department, Government of West Bengal.</li> </ol> <b>Mr.Ashok Kumar Singh,</b><br> B.E.
