Vipul Vedant currently is an undergraduate and is pursuing his law
degree from the Jindal Global Law School. He is a keen observer and tends
to accumulate an idea or a practice merely by observations. He is more oriented
towards the Criminal Law for his segment of expertise. Till date, at the law
school, he has attained a number of internships and was involved in moot courts,
seminars, webinars to enhance his ability as a lawyer to communicate and
persuade.
He is of the opinion, that, the law as a career choice not only demands a
theoretical proficiency but an equivalent practical skill set too. During his
internship with a renowned senior counsel at the Gujarat High Court, he did
participate in the raw fact-finding and research work that the counsel utilized
for his cases before the Hon'ble Court. Apart from Criminal Law, the other
segments of fascination for him would be Public International Law, Family Law,
and Taxation Law precisely.
He has always been a firm believer in the idea that gender justness is a bare
minimum for a society to function and evolve positively. Acknowledging the
aforesaid, the same must be in consonance with the constitution and the local
laws enacted.
Alternatively, keeping the academics aside, the personality of Vipul Vedant is
purely ambivert where he likes to manage the work efficiently with maximum
possible perfection. He is a reliable individual who is willing to take any task
under his professional domain along with an inquisitive personality where the
desire to learn never fades.
