Arghyadeep Panda

Born and brought up in Kolkata. I did my schooling from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Salt Lake, Kolkata and currently I'm pursuing B.A.LLB(H) from Xavier Law School, St. Xavier's University, Kolkata. My father is an Advocate and is in the Income Tax Department. Because of him I got inspired to take up law after my +12. My mother is a school teacher, she teaches dance at Shri Shikshayatan School, Kolkata.

My parents are very supportive and never burdens me with anything as such regarding studies and career. Genuinely, I have a huge passion in Photography and always wanted to be a Photojournalist from a very tender age. Though now I'm already in the 2nd year of my Law School, currently in the 4th Semester. Talking about my achievements.

I have represented my University in the National Moot Court Competition organised by the National Law University, Delhi from 16th to 18th of October, 2020. Over to it, I have secured 4th position in the 1st National Memorial Drafting Competition organised by Legal Amigos on 30th November, 2020. Participating in these events helped me to gain a lot of knowledge and experience at the same time. I am currently in the Editorial Board of my Law School's Magazine, Xaverian Law Times.

Moving onto the things that I like doing other than studies are playing cricket and I love singing. I learned Rabindra Sangeet till my High School. I'm a big foodie and always crave for Chocolates. Moreover, I love reading story books and listening to music in my free time. I hope that I can become a good lawyer in future and can extend my hands to people who need any kind of help from me.
