Being a son of an Army man, I have done my schooling from different Kendriya Vidyalaya Schools. Though less competitive in comparison to private schools such as Delhi Public Schools, I always found a family in these schools because we all were from same background. This helped me to live a comfortable life in schools. I had a keen interest in Mathematics which can be inferred from the fact that I always scored more than 95% marks in Mathematics. This became the reason of my choosing the Mathematics as my subject for graduation. I took admission in Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (Morning), Delhi University for completing my graduation. I found a completely different environment than what I dreamt of. I took one and half years to adjust myself in a world of students which came from different backgrounds and not only Army. Their different lifestyle and different perspective towards life made me to learn quickly and helped me to expand my horizon. A life changing time came around when I started going to a military park named Pinto Park. I met there some people who are now my close friends. They changed my life entirely and guided me to understand the true meaning of life. I started reading self help books which helped me to change my attitude towards life. I quickly lost the interest in Mathematics and decided to join Indian Armed Forces through officer entries i.e CDS and AFCAT. I always cleared the written exams but never made beyond the conference day of SSBs. Uncertainty in life even after my graduation compelled me to choose another field as a backup. I chose law. I took admission in India’s top 3-year law school that is Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. I found law so much interesting to me that I gave up giving exams for Armed Forces and decided to focus only on Law profession. So, it is not my backup now. I find Criminal Law and Constitutional Law as the most interesting fields. In this law school, I found a very different environment.
