Born on 1st August 1972, I am a graduate in Physics(1992) and Post Graduate in Business Management(MBA)(1994). I am also a post graduate in Law(LLB), Rural Development(M.R.D) and Public Relations. I strongly believe that I was privileged to work in some of the best corporate houses in the country such as British Gas PLc, Ahmedabad, RPG Group of Companies, Mumbai and Bharti Tele Ventures Ltd, New Delhi where I spent considerable amount of time as Vice President- Human Resources. Currently I am serving few leading corporate houses as Freelance Management Consultant. My areas of Interest include large scale hiring at the managerial and leadership level, formulating and rolling out human resources strategy-policy-plan and programmes, Vision and Value cascading, designing developing and successfully implementing robust human resources systems and processes, organizational development intervention, leadership development intervention, mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructuring, organizational change management, competency mapping process etc. In addition to the above, currently I am also working with three state government on successful implementation of multiple rural development projects and programmes as an external consultant.
