My name is Simant Priyadarshi and I'm 23year old. I am keenly interested in the field of law
and have an interest for research. From my early education to my current pursuit of a
postgraduate degree, I have consistently strived to explore the depths of the legal world.
Early Years and Education:
My educational journey began at Usha Martin World School in Patna, where I completed my
matriculation with decent grades 72.2%. This foundational period ignited my curiosity and
love for learning. It was during these formative years that I realized the importance of
education in shaping one's future.
I continued my academic journey by enrolling in Kendriya Vidyalaya, Patna, for my higher
secondary education with 76.4%. The diverse and inclusive environment of Kendriya
Vidyalaya exposed me to various fields of knowledge and helped me develop a well-rounded
perspective. During this time, I contemplated my future career, and it became evident that a
career in law was my true calling.
Undergraduate Journey:
With this realization, I embarked on my undergraduate journey at the University of Petroleum
and Energy Studies (UPES) in Dehradun. I pursued a BA.LLB, a program that would lay the
foundation for my legal career. My years at UPES were marked by rigorous study, passionate
debates, and invaluable experiences. I found myself enthralled by the intricacies of the legal
system and its role in upholding justice.
As an undergraduate, I actively participated in moot court competitions, legal workshops, and
internships which further fuelled my enthusiasm for the legal field. I have also published
many research papers. I realized that law was not just a profession but a powerful instrument
for social change and justice.
Postgraduate Pursuit:
With my undergraduate degree in hand, I decided to continue my academic journey and
expand my horizons.
