"
The Difference Between Government & Business Man Is The Democracy"
INDIA, a nation that holds billions of dreams, Youth, Innovations, Developments,
a strong culture, and an enormous view with regard to the market. A Nation that
has gone through various historical changes, colonization, deep-rooted
scrutinization, and abundant political obstacles, and yet the house for 138
billion people under one roof fighting for the power that rules the democratic
nation.
In such a race for power, numerous political parties contingently play
bet on the trust they earn from common people throughout tenure, and the best
party who has the following and supports of these common individuals will be
awarded the "Power to rule" or "license to kill" [Like James Bond].
The whole
process of defaming, over-mouthing, humiliating, scrutinizing, and slandering
each other on national media, conferences, and public events and if we sum up
all the drama into one single word in our India it will be termed "ELECTIONS"
The term 'elections' in a prudent manner be propounded has "An election is a
process in which people vote to choose a person or group of people to hold an
official position." But as far as our politics are concerned in India the term
'election' in a prudent manner is
"A process of freebies, bogus promises, slandering other parties, SC/ST
benefits, and religion creating a center of attention"
Our recent ruling party Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP), has been one of the most
likable, influencing, and supported parties after the congress at the time of
India's Independence. Under the election 2014 and 2019, the BJP attained a
mind-blowing majority without any alliance party 282 seats out of 543, 166 seats
more than in the previous 15th Lok Sabha and 2019 without an alliance party won
303 seats out of 543 seats, 21 seats more than in previous 16th Lok Sabha. And
if we add it with NDA out of 543 whooping 353 seats be held under it.
The data
are available on public domains. Having an impression of the 'Hindutva Party',
the terminology adopted by BJP was official and can be traced to its ideology in
the year 1989 under the Palampur resolution.
The Palampur resolution holds the grassroots of BJP into the politics. The
Palampur resolution was passed by the BJP government in the year 1989 when in
1988, Shri V.p. Singh formed the Janata Dal party by merging various factions of
the Janata Party.
In the 1989 elections, the National Front, with the support of
the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), formed the government and Singh became the 8th
Prime Minister of India. Under such tenure of power according to the report of
Times of India, the party argued that Congress and other parties were ignoring
the majority wants of Indians. According to them, it was highlighted that-
"Mughal emperor Babar visited Ayodhya in 1528 destroyed the temple situated at
the site believed to be Ram-Janmasthan, and constructed a mosque in its place,"
the party said as what was propounded has now "Palampur Resolution" and in 2024
made it happened.
The Party has a remarkable history with regard to Hinduism, the party has worked
as a pioneer with regard to "cultural nationalism" and its conception of "Indian
nationhood", the RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat has also stated that It is "India's
identity"
The history of the BJP government has been impressive and for the past few years
where our India and the Indian economy have become powerful, independent,
Developing, and Pioneer remarks, but has lifting of the veil is important
whether it's a concept of company law or the Political aspects.
It has been
rightly pointed out by our respected advocate Shri. J Sai Deepak that, "Any
institution that has an involvement of any sort of monetary consideration in
relation to its working or under any action of such, such institution will be
corrupted in itself".
The Report card of the BJP government does have an astounding remark with regard
to the development some report cards have a very different story. Let's have a
deep analysis of the BJP ruling tenure
RBI Report Card
According to our RBI (Reserve Bank of India), various claims have been brought
by parties especially by Congress with regards to an Increase Rate Of Bad Debts,
in India after 2014. According to The Hindu Business Line article it has stated
that "Average fraud amounts have gone up multifold, it says based on the Central
Bank's annual report" The RBI data also depicts some similar facts that match's
number of alleged claims.
Talking to reporters, party spokesman Gourav Vallabh
has stated a few number games against the government that are stated as:
"The
cases and amount of bank fraud has been on a rapid rise since 2014-15. In the
year 2020-21 alone, the total amount of fraud was ₹1.38-lakh crore," he said and
added that the average fraud amount increased from ₹10.5 crore in 2018-19 to
₹21.3 crore in 2019-20 to ₹18.8 crore in 2020-21. "The average fraud amount was
₹4.2 crore in 2014-15. Hence, the average fraud amount has become 4x to 5x under
Modi 1.0 and Modi 2.0,"
Speaking of Bank frauds, the Insolvency and Bankrupts Act 2016 was passed under
the BJP government and the data on recovery are good the authority has stated of
the total 5,893 cases admitted as of September 2022, 9 percent ended in
resolution. Of the total admitted cases, as much as 1,807 ended in liquidation
(31 percent), according to the study.
Around 14 percent (846 cases) closed on
appeal/review/settled, while 11 percent were withdrawn. The cumulative money
recovered by financial creditors stood at Rs 2,43,452.5 crore as of September
2022, up from Rs 2,25,293.8 crore in March 2022. The Q2 addition stood at Rs
3,054.4 crore.
The Number games in the developing economy is moving and changing continuously
and rapidly. As the numbers are concerned has shown progress in relation to the
pandemic and for such matters, the BJP government has full points but after 1
year numbers aren't impressive and such a matter is also highly concerning on
most of the parts So in total, the government's performance has been averagely
better and has a wide scope to improve.
White Paper Card
The BJP has a controlled Central government the white paper of the state has
always been a hot topic. According to The Hindu BJP demands a White Paper on
State finances. The latest report on 4th January 2024, states that "The
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), at its office-bearers' meeting held here on
Wednesday, favored the development of Amaravati as Capital of Andhra Pradesh.
The party adopted a resolution covering a wide range of issues relating to the
State, including the development of Amaravati, State finances, SC and ST funds,
Infrastructure, etc. The BJP demanded the State government release a White Paper
on State finances."
It has concerned one state The BJP leader demanded that the Sukhu government
publish a white paper on the work done by it during its 10-month tenure so far.
Reminding the Congress of its pre-poll promises, Bindal said, "You had made so
many promises to people and the same people are waiting for the fulfillment of
these guarantees." Ahead of the assembly polls last year, the Congress had
promised to give Rs 1,500 per month to all women in the state in the 18-60 age
group under the 'Har Ghar Lakshmi, Nari Samman Nidhi' scheme. Around 22 lakh
women in the state are waiting for Rs 1,500, the BJP leader said
The tenure has been elapsed by the government but the white paper card has
always been the hot topic. The white paper has been issued by the government or
in simple words White papers are a way the government can present policy
preferences before it introduces legislation. Publishing a white paper tests
public opinion on controversial policy issues and helps the government gauge its
probable impact. By contrast, green papers, which are issued much more
frequently, are more open-ended
But None of the governments have been open-ended on such paper giving us no clue
to understand the working, progress, and the policy itself. Whereas now the BJP
has poor records and positions.
The Conclusion Card
The economic welfare, social welfare, and political welfare, the BJP has
performed a remarkable and established a strong and independent nation. Still,
social aspects of India are weak there has been an emissive role of the
population that creates a Loop-Hole in the system.
New schemes by our government
aren't well communicated to the common individuals, we lack awareness, and we
lack to measure growth, but still as a nation with multiple diversity, and
cultural aspects the democracy of India is in good hands so far.
The government isn't perfect, there are instances where we have seen crimes,
fraud, demonetization, war, political favors, and many more political and social
issues. The tenure of the government will return or not? Whether any other
parties take over the democracy? Our ties with other nations will change?
Does
India need to be ruled or be governed? Many more questions are to be framed and
asked. But the true sense is that a common individual with his voting rights can
change the outcome of elections, a common individual holds the power to decide
what will be their future. IT'S OUR INDIA OUR NATION AND WE NEED TO TAKE CARE OF
IT. Choose to vote, understand the need for it, select a better government maybe
